Prakash Jayantilal Chudasama [Pracax Geentilal]

Prakash was born on November 15th, 1960.  Prakash's father is Jayantilal [Geentilal] Parsotam [Parxotam] Chudasama and his mother is Sarojvanti Tulcidas Jethva.  His paternal grandparents are Parsotam [Parxotam] Jeraj Chudasama and Shivkunvarbai Dahya Waghela; his maternal grandparents are Tulcidas Jechand Jethva and Venibai. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Canacsinh [Canacassim], Nilesh, Dhaneshwari [Daneshwari}, Jasmini, Hemanti and Bina.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 60 on January 16th, 2021.
